Από τις 12 έως τις 20 Οκτωβρίου διεξήχθη στη Sapareva Banya της Βουλγαρίας το Youth Exchange “MediaLab – Media Literacy and Content Creation”. Στόχος του προγράμματος ήταν η προσπάθεια αντιμετώπισης της παραπληροφόρησης στο διαδίκτυο και η εκπαίδευση νέων από 4 χώρες της Ευρώπης (Βουλγαρία, Ισπανία, Αυστρία και Ελλάδα) πάνω στην ελευθερία του λόγου και τo media literacy. Οι συμμετέχοντες παρακάτω μοιράζονται τις εμπειρίες τους:
“We recently participated in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange program titled “MediaLab – Media Literacy and Content Creation” in Sapareva Banya, Bulgaria. This program brought together young people from Bulgaria, Spain, Austria, and Greece to develop skills in media literacy, critical thinking, and digital content creation. We engaged in workshops designed to strengthen our ability to counter disinformation and promote fact-checking. As part of our dissemination efforts, we organized an online Zoom meeting with individuals who had not previously attended an Erasmus+ program. During this session, we shared photos and videos of our experience, illustrating the cultural exchange and collaborative activities that took place. Additionally, we discussed the concepts of disinformation and misinformation”.

“The youth exchange called MediaLab was all about content creation and social media. We learned how to create content, to do fact checking and to apply artificial intelligence. We also talked about malinformation, disinformation, and misinformation and why it’s important to tell the difference. It was a great experience, full of learning and new friendships, made possible by the amazing Greek and Bulgarian organizations that brought us together”.
